Bronze sculpture ”Isadora Duncan” shows the American dancer Isadora Duncan (1877-1927,) who was a hit in the roaring 20’s with her dance of waving scarves. Isadora Duncan was the first to translate classical music into dance, and even set up her own dance school in Paris. She inspired many visual artists: when the Champs-Elysées theatrewas built in 1913, she was depicted in relief by sculptor Emile-Antoine Bourdelle and in a mural by Maurice Denis.
